This year, we are highlighting our Historic Loan Program with a 1:1 match from a dedicated supporter.

We have already made $105,000 in low-interest loans to homeowners of historic homes in modest neighborhoods. These loans enable owners to improve their homes and keep historic neighborhoods intact.

 

Our goal is to increase our Historic Loan Program's lending capacity by 10 percent, or $10,500.
